✔ We conclude an agreement

We draw up an official document. The contract contains all key data.

✔ Payment

You make payment in any convenient way: transfer, online cash desk, installment plan. I recommend making payment on the day of the conclusion of the contract in order to avoid exchange rate fluctuations.

✔ Booking

I am applying to a tour operator. We are waiting for confirmation (usually it takes 1-2 business days). As soon as the answer comes, I make payment for the tour.

✔ Documents

I receive and hand over to you the documents with which you will go on a trip.

✔ Escort

I help with documents, tell about the rules of entry / exit. I accompany you until you return home.

Deposit selection is a format of work with new clients.

Before starting work on request, the traveler pays a fixed amount - a deposit. This amount is included in the cost of the tour when booking, or remains with me in case the traveler decided not to book the tour for one reason or another.

I conduct an online consultation by phone for 20-30 minutes. During this time, we discuss in detail all your wishes. You talk about the number of travelers, preferences for destinations and departure dates, hotel requirements and type of food.

A free consultation helps you understand if we can work with you. If everything suits you, we begin to select accommodation and departure options, taking into account the preferences that were discussed during the conversation.
